it looks like "kim" is a set of shell scripts that invoke external
programs (gimp, imagemagick, ghostscript ...). There is nothing to
compile, in fact, there is no dependency to KDE libraries ...
So it should be very easy to make it work in Trinity. It's just a matter
of packaging.
