PolicyKit and the ConsoleKit was both installed. I removed policykit for
gnome and installed policykit-desktop-privileges. Works like a champ. Thank
you.
Not trying to be rude, but what kind of subject should I have used? TDE was
reporting a problem with NetworkManager and Networkmanager was acting
wierd. I thought the subject was very appropriate and suitable. I apologize
if it wasn't suitable.

Hello
I have encountered a problem trying to get wireless going with R14 and
Ubuntu 14.04. I installed it thru the wireless last night using the
mini.iso from Ubuntu. Then the wireless went down.
I finished installing TDE from a hard line. and the internet works
good on it. On the wireless side, the wireless is detected and
enabled, I can scan for networks and it detects my network.
The problem comes when I try to add a connection with
TDEnetworkmanager. It says "Unable to save network connection.
Potential causes: insufficient permissions, network manager not
running, DBus failure" . Networkmanager is installed and I have ran
TDEnetworkmanager as root. Still not connecting.
Any advice or help will be thankful.
Verify if you have installed PolicyKit + ConsoleKit.
Note: Please, next time select a more suitable subject.
