tried the latest livecd on 64 bit sid, installed
it on a virtualbox vm,
when trying to boot the following message comes up.
error: file '/boot/grub/i386pc/normal.mod' not found .
when i look, there is nothing in /boot/grub/i386-pc/.
if i recall correctly, the 32 bit version originally had the same
problem.
if it is of any importance, the guest os is 64 bit wheezy, latest
updates, mostly running tde14.
I have seen this problem before. The workaround would be <cp -a
/usr/lib/grub/i386-pc /boot/grub/> before installation.
Not exactly clear what "livecd on 64 bit sid" you are using or if it's
anything to do with the "exegnu" images. I haven't seen any others
debian-based with TDE.
The current exegnu images are (devuan-) jessie not sid. I will be
checking them for this later.
