Thank you so much! I meanwhile am working about 20 years with
Konqueror and never stumbled about this possibility. I often looked
for any possibe way to keep ListView choice though.

Select and move the desired defult view to the top of the Services
Preference Order.
...Things like USB sticks, CD-ROMs, SMB, NFS, etc. aren't affected
unless you also change the default views for all/select media in
media (2nd down from inode).
