Huh? Themes has nothing to do with a font sizes, its a completely
separate setting. TCC->Appearance&Themes->Fonts.
And by the way if you system defaults to such a low font
sizes its probably incorrectly detected monitor dpi. Do xdpyinfo |grep
dots, for 22" 1080 it should be 100.
