I suspected that it caused the previous version libtqt3. Your information
exclude this suspicion. It seems that this is really a new bug that should be
reported. Calvin reported the same problem:

You have libtqt3-mt version 4:14.0.0-0debian12+r149+pr10~wheezy or
older?
