checking for KDE... configure: error: I can't find the designer plugins. These are required and shouldhave been installed by kdelibs root [ /sources/amarok-1.4.10/build ]#
Meanwhile, I know there was some releases in between 1.4 and 3.5.13. I'll look for one of them.

created a link in /usr/local/lib kde3 -> trinity fixed most of the issues.
This is with a fresh install of LFS. so this has been an install from the 3.5.13.2 tar packages I've had very few issues after all the dependencies were made available. I will post package specific issues still to be dealt with.
