I'm blindly assuming the name of the thing
that raises and lowers at the
bottom of your screen (that shows what open programs you have) is
called "panel."
So, powers that be, how do you file an enhancement request for it?
Here with TDE under Debian Bullseye if I right-click on the panel
and go through the bug reporting clicks it takes me to a template
for a bug in the TDE/tdebase component with "kicker:" in the title.
