If the problem is deleting the file/folder, I also got this problem with filenames created by Microsoft and/or Apple. Midnight Commander is the answer. MC can delete these files (at least in my case).
Hello Thierry, With MC I was able to delete it (magic !)
But I cannot install an icon for MC on the desktop, (only in terminal mode by the command "mc"), even though it's super easy to order = "mc" (2 letters). When I click on the icon, nothing starts... I tried "/bin/mc", idem, no answer.
