Sound in Jessie and so on

Hi all, you might remember the July thread about the nonfunctional sounds in KNotify and other programs on Jessie. If you have encountered the same problem, I have good news for you. Problem was discovered (was confirmed my assumption that it has a relationship with mime types and libmagic), and treated to the sounds again worked! Updated packages are already available in the preliminary stable builds repository.
