Problems accessing download mirrors for latest stable release of Trinity desktop

Good day to all, Today I've been trying to download latest stable release of Trinity desktop from respective web site and got stuck not able to reach the following page: http://ppa2.quickbuild.pearsoncomputing.net/redirect.php?file=releases/3.5.… Looks like that there's some king of a problem with the redirecting server and it results in Trinity 3.5.12 release sources being de-facto non-available for download.
