Master server updates

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA224 All, The master server redirection system (ppa.quickbuild.pearsoncomputing.net) has been updated to remove an unnecessary client redirection. This means those of you still using the master server instead of Slavek's redirector will see faster "apt-get update" execution due to the number of required DNS lookups dropping by 1/3. Also, this message is a reminder that the master server will be going down for maintenance to install the replacement CPU tomorrow.
