Here is one possibility - if the user instead of the classic Trinity
menu uses Kickoff menu, there is a countdown at logout / reboot /
shutdown. It is necessary to make an entry in the configuration
file kdeglobals, section General, variables confirmLogoutDelay,
confirmRebootDelay and confirmShutdownDelay.
