Like Facebook, once one has been suspended,
there is no way to find
support/contact information.
I know you've resolved your issue, but just in case this helps someone
else: it's 90% likely that if you had wiped your browser cookies, the
site would have treated you like a new visitor and stopped shoving
that page at you.
