I have the tdepim meta-package installed. I just noticed that the calendar no longer is available.
Error dialog box pops up, no other info, or is there a Trinity specific error log somewhere?
You could try looking in ~/.xsession_errors to see if anything shows up.
What is the exact command you are running?
