Hi!
Yes, they look perfectly fine. I do not know Q4OS, so this is just what I would do:
- is cups up an running before you open the browser and open the link to cups?
- if it's up and running, does it listen on port 631?
- what does top say to the cups process?
- look at the network traffic with tcpdump or wireshark

For some reason when I do "http://me@localhost:630/admin" it
can take up to 30 minutes before "CUPS 1.7.5 comes up.
The message "localhost contacted, waiting for reply" is shown
and a spinner icon.
Even when it does it can take a similar time to open a page.
Than clicking on "Manage Printers" when it does come up says
"Printer Error" "Unable to get printer list" But my printer
is shown on the Administration page.
