anybody know the whereabouts of libpng16.so.16?

i'm trying like crazy to flash debian on this little gemini gadget -- i'll never complain about installing to an x86 machine with a hard drive ever again -- and the flashing tool won't run on my machine for lack of libpng16.so.16. nor can i find a debian package that contains it. i've been told it can be found in some qt4 package. i do not want to install all of qt4. anybody know where it might reside? dep Sent with [ProtonMail](https://protonmail.com/) Secure Email.
