I recently upgraded to TDE 3.5.13.1 on my Ubuntu Lucid amd64. All went smoothly until I upgraded Thunderbird mail to 16.0.1. It simply does not start (crash on startup). I searched hard where it was crashing with no great success At last resort I found a workaround so if someone has the same trouble, here it is: Start thunderbird with this command: LD_PRELOAD=/opt/trinity/lib/kgtk/libkgtk2.so; thunderbird And thunderbird is back to work!
