I have not observed this, but I run TDE R14
(development) on all my machines.
Do you have the tsak daemon running on your system? If
so, try
disabling SAK support in TDM and see if that changes anything.
I tried
sudo ps aux | grep sak
But nothing was returned so I presume the answer is no this daemon is
not running.
I checked with sysv-rc-conf again nothing
