Hi Kristopher,
There's a package that should let your GTK programs use your Qt themes. I don't remember the exact name because I've never needed it (I usually don't use GTK applications), but I think it was something like qt-gtk-engine or something similar.
I installed the following packages: gtk2-engines-qtcurve (1.8.5-1) kde-style-qtcurve (1.8.5-1) kde-style-qtcurve-trinity (4:3.5.12-0debian7+r1106826) kwin-style-qtcurve (1.8.5-1) libkdecorations4 (4:4.4.5-8)
but I cannot find
KDE Control Center under "Appearance& Themes"
