The wallpaper may be an issue, unless it is a clear GPL image. Will try to find out,
worst case we will have to

Here you are .. I don't know what's with the copyright oif the wallpaper, maybe I
should replace it with
something more generic. Anyway, feel free to try :)
Oh, and I do not know if the colorscheme for konqueror (background image) and kate are
