Firefox has hidden its menu bar for a few years now.

Press the Alt key on your keyboard to temporarily make it reappear.

(I don't know of anyway to make it reappear permanently.)

- start firefox - rightclick on the enply space on the right side of the tab (you might need to open a second tab to make tabs appear) - check "menubar" on the context menu
