I thought kweather-trinity wasn't installed,
so I checked with
synaptic and it is, its also one of the packages being updated as I
type. But!! It is not available on any of my text based menu's, nor
can the system find it to run it.
Same situation after the update. I located it, and ran the server,
getting a single newline response. Then I ran the report, giving it
my local airports server, and again only the help screen.
I don't use it, have never used since the gkrellm version just
works. Is there a doc someplace on how to configure it?
It is a service and best used as applet. It is also integrated (kpart)
in kontact (if you have configured weather stations they may be shown
in the overview)
For me the best use of it is in the autumn or winter where I check the
wind chill before I go out as sometimes it makes a big difference.
