I received many answers, but no solutions to explore or manage... Obviously, the resize problem comes from a broken package. I decided to upgrade from kde-trinity-3.5 to tde-trinity-14.0. Now, it seems working fine, I can resize all the windows and window's applications.

Seems like win-win to me. Your broken windows are fixed and you get the nice shiny r14.0. Now, take the plunge to r14.0.1 (Trinity preliminary stable builds) and get rid of some bugs. ;-)
