is someone using KDE5 apps on top of TDE and what is
your experience.
I have several openSUSE installations with both. All have TDM to the exclusion of
SDDM installed. If you wish to use the Konsole each provides, you may want to do
some menu tweaking to make it clear which you're selecting. I mostly use TDE's
Konsole. If you like and keep TDE as your only environment, then simply installing
some KDE apps won't require nearly as much space or overhead as running full
defaults Plasma sessions.
