It seems no one else is reporting this problem.
Logic suggests, I did something to create the problem.
Let's ass-ume I did something wrong and wait until it came be proven
otherwise.
I'm going to build a test machine, install and see
if a raw, clean user has
the same problem.

Just in case.
How about creating a new user on your current machine?
If your install is okay, new user same machine worked here.
This step would separate istall from user issues.
