New KPersonalizer wizard picture set proposal

Hi, Here is some new pictures to replace the KDE 3.5 stock images found in the KPersonalizer wizard. It would make a great first impression to new users for the upcoming R14 and it would make TDE look like it has progressed since the last 10 years. You will see that while they are new, they do have some inspiration from the old ones. It is based on CrystalSVG, KFaenza and MoodinKDE. If you want, I can provide my GIMP files.
