Hello Everyone: I resume this point to the list. just for remember: Sometimes the Kdesktop take 100 or 102% of CPU and the desktop does not work properly. After do kill -TTIN to kdesktop everything start to work again.
I found that i can force the runaway condition (60% por probabilities) making click on red button (shutdown), and on the screen (shutdown, restart, suspend) cancel the action hitting escape key without suspend.
