Hi André,
It should work fine. I've migrated several
laptops and test boxes. Because of the different
release dates I did the Buster to Bullseye upgrade
before upgrading TDE from 14.0.10 to 14.0.11 but
it should work fine if you choose to upgrade both
at the same time or if your Buster is already using
TDE 14.0.11.
FWIW I use sysvinit, not systemd, but TDE should work
equally well with either.
