You could also check your IP in http://www.anti-abuse.org/multi-rbl-check/ although that is not normally applied to authenticated submissions.

(Also a note to future people with this problem) I believe I just fixed it by changing the SMTP configuration to port 465 and use SSL encryption instead of TLS (Disroot says to use STARTTLS).
