Hello,
I just installed v14.0 on Mint 16, but irritatingly if I rename icons under
Trinity I find it has screwed around with my icons if I then log into xfce.
Is this because the two desktop environments share a config file somewhere?
I've found this recent habit of DE's to 'bleed' across to one another
quite annoying. Can I separate the two completely by creating two files
dealing with icon properties, then direct each DE to use its own particular
one?

My Anthropomorphic Science Fiction:
http://pargoo.customer.netspace.net.au/sciencefiction.html
On the Commonwealths frontier, hundreds of light-years from Earth, war
is brewing between humanity and the Golden Empire of the Arukai. Despotic
Emperor Jekobar refuses every attempt to broker a peace; all-out conflict
seems inevitable.
After striking an orbital mine, Jason Standings needleship crashes on
the low-tech preserve planet of Kanukars Retreat. But for his providential
discovery by a young hunter he would surely have died unnoticed in the
forest, badly injured, helpless and completely alone.
Against all odds, the pair discover a mutual attraction which transcends
species and the barrier of language. When Jason is abducted by Jekobars
forces it appears nothing can stand in the way of the looming Armageddon
other than Kansies vow to rescue Jason at any cost, driven to acts of
desperation by instinct, loneliness, and the power of forbidden love.
