Hi,
I'd suggest you to install your packages through Synaptic. It is not
only easier, but you also don't have to remember all the name of all
the packages in your distro by heart... You just have to do a search
for ''powersave'' in Synaptic and you'll have it! We're in 2014,
and
while some tasks are still better made in Konsole, some are better
made with graphic tools.

I find 'apt-get install kpowersave' pretty easy and though not the
best way, 'apt-cache search powersave' is usually enough for me.
I'm no command-line guru but clicking on pictures often makes me feel
