I mean even with systemd it is not always the nicest. But not only this. On a dual boot with Windows 11 on HP EliteBook, I have to disable the Wireless before shutting down or hibernating, otherwise there is no WLAN in TDE (with NM). After I found this out (some 2y later occasionally using this notebook) I had to excuse myself for pointing finger to all the above mentioned packages :D just my ++5c on this BR
