So this is possible? Build tdelibs R14 on top or Qt3(3.5)/tqtinterface? I thought R14 was only buildable on TQt3? Just want to make sure I have it right...

While it might be possible I strongly discourage it, as you will be unable to use any mixed TDE/Qt4 code such as the Qt4/TDE theme engine.
