Selecting reboot from TDM greeter on openSUSE Leap 15.2 doesn't reboot. It just
switches from the greeter screen to vtty1, or if last utilized, vttyX.

15.2 doesn't reboot. It just
switches from the greeter screen to vtty1, or if last utilized, vttyX.
This occurs because the kdmrc parser doesn't like quotes surrounding the object of
HaltCmd= and RebootCmd=. The default kdmrc defaults to using symlinks to the real
commands, which I had changed to using the commands the symlinks point to.
