works like a charm, don't know why it's not available for you?!
It's not available to me. Also TDE 3.5.13.2 fully updated thanks to Slávek. Running on Squeeze.
If I right click on a file and go to actions I get the following 4 options:
encrypt file edit as root download with kget print...
