This is not correct, it should say "I can use", because the issue is only occuring on your installation and you are not able to identify what is causing the issue
"poweroff" or "shutdown -n now" yet many times, the tde menu turn-off takes more time, often with this message : "Job -c scope / stop running (min sec ) /"
