The Add Printer Wizard stalls on the window that lists all the brands & models. The window opens, but never populates with the lists, no matter how long it sits. I use my web browser, enter 'localhost:631' in the address bar, This is an interface to cups, which is what tdeprint or kdeprint uses.

Does not answer why the Add Printer Wizard is not working. I used to use the kdeprint stuff, worked well years ago. Switched to 'localhost:631' for some reason long ago, no issues.
