[tde-users] Ubuntu 24 and thinkpad X1 does not work

hi I am a long term trinity user, and had to switch from ubuntu 16.04 to 24.04 I am using a Thinkpad X1 (2017) uname -a returns uname -a Linux Utnapischtim 6.8.0-38-generic #38-Ubuntu SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Fri Jun 7 15:25:01 UTC 2024 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux following https://wiki.trinitydesktop.org/Debian_Trinity_Repository_Installation_Inst… I added # Ubuntu sources have moved to /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ubuntu.sources deb http://mirror.ppa.trinitydesktop.org/trinity/deb/trinity-r14.1.x noble main deps # Optional sources deb-src http://mirror.ppa.trinitydesktop.org/trinity/deb/trinity-r14.1.x noble main deps then I run sudo apt-get update and received : Skipping acquire of configured file 'main/binary-i386/Packages' as repository 'http://mirror.ppa.trinitydesktop.org/trinity/deb/trinity-r14.1.x noble InRelease' doesn't support architecture 'i386' N: Skipping acquire of configured file 'deps/binary-i386/Packages' as repository 'http://mirror.ppa.trinitydesktop.org/trinity/deb/trinity-r14.1.x noble InRelease' doesn't support architecture 'i386' so, does this mean, my X1 is not longer supported, or what do I miss? regards Uwe Brauer Sent from my iPhone
