Answer :
"No package will be installed,upgraded or deleted".
What to do ?
You probably need to update your /etc/apt/sources.list to tell
it that you want 14.1.x.

If you expand the block below that you can see the old 14.0.x
format which was somewhat different so it's not just a case
of changing 0 to 1.
