tdehwdevicetray isn't part of Trinity R14.0.13 (that was probably a given)
Mike, try these commands:
# which tdehwdevicetray
# dpkg -S {full path to tdehwdevicetray}
That should tell you which package owns the file.
If that doesn't work, then try 'ps aux | grep tdehw' or the like to track it
down.
