If memory serves, I believe wicd was shipped with Devuan as their main graphic tool for
the wireless.
You should have a look at Devuan if this tool is still provided; if not, you can take the
last wicd package from the Debian archive and try to build It on your computer.
I don't know if wicd works with Python3/Py3GTK though...
