I feel dumb. Following Google's instructions
I put in CalDAV URL:
https://www.google.com/calendar/dav/<user>/events
For <user> I tried: my google username, my Google contact name, my full
email
address but each time I want to reload I get a 404 from Kalendar.
(And I still run 3.5.12 so that bug in .13 doesn't bug me ;)... yet)
When I get the chance, I will look at Google's help and see if I can figure
it out. I'd expect the user to be the full email address you use for your
Google account. The only thing I can think of right now without seeing their
docs is to try without the "/events" at the end.
I just found this:
http://support.google.com/calendar/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=99358
The Apple iCal directions suggest this url (and it says that newer
versions of iCal support CalDAV):
https://www.google.com/calendar/dav/YOUREMAIL@DOMAIN.COM/user
Note at the end it changes '/events' to '/user'. Might be worth a try?
Unfortunately, I can't check to see if it will work.
For both sets of suggestions, it says that the part immediately after
'../calendar/dav/' should be your full email address that you use to
log in to your calendar, regardless of whether you're using '/user' or
'/events' at the end.
