[tde-users] Folders with locale

Hello,

In my "/home/andre" I have these 3 folders :

Téléchargements Téléchargements

Vid©léos Vidéos

ModÚles Modèles

If I delete Téléchargements, Vid©léos and ModÚles, at the next boot, they are automatically recreated. How to avoid this recreation ?
