[trinity-users] screen blanker ???

Greetings all; I have a need to disable dpms and anything else associated with blanking the screen, sometime for around 12 hours. Our old friend xset has apparently been neutered and incapable to controlling any of this. So what is silently overriding these user set choices, something in TDE? Thanks all.
