Wicd (Wireless Interface Connection Daemon), is a very good graphic tool to connect to a WiFi, with the quality of the signal (dbm), number of bars, very pratical and easy to use... Unfortunately, it is not implemented any more with the last Linux distributions, as Debian Bullseye... Is it possible for the Trinity community to create a similar tool ?
no, because there is the tdenetworkmanager or equivalent tools For me tdenetworkmanager works perfectly well on Notebook or Desktop :
Not so good than Wicd.

Everyone's taste is different. After all, there is no accounting for taste. Wicd is a jewel, convenient and easy to use, I'm disappointed that this tool has been discontinued since 2016. You are an extremist, you assert too much :-)
