Hi,
there is no problem with the PayPal service, rather the implementation must
improve. I guess there is a problem with the javascript/or refresh, when a
country is initially selected.
I already did complete the process as Uwe mentioned, by selecting different
country and selecting back.
Just do some, or let us do some more testing to polish the current one, so
that it is more customer friendly. No actual payments are required to
complete this task.
