So, as far as i understand, i should add the build dependencies PPA and then install
'abakus-trinity' package for 14.04 from here:

Will this give me full Trinity Desktop environment (well, in development stage) on my
Ubuntu 14.04, and if not, what i should do to get it?

There is no repository because it will be supported by the *next*

TDE.
To install you should use the development version.
