The bug was reported just before 17:53 (my time)
and at 18:45 you are
complaining that your problem has not yet been solved. What planet do
you live on???
Maybe he was complaining, or maybe just asking for clarification.
We need
to remember that those whose native language is not English often phrase
things a little differently than we would, and give them the benefit of the
doubt.
