Gene, the problem is with Bill's emails, not you. There is no point in
you search through your mail templates and configs, nothing on your
computer could possibly be affecting the emails Bill sends out, or
emails he receives from others.
Not unless you are running a mail server and Bill is sending mail
through your server.
